When is a person mentally well?

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), a person is mentally well or mentally stable when he or she feels good about himself or herself, is able to cope with the challenges of each passing day effectively, and is able to relate well with people. Meaning that if your spouse finds it difficult to relate well with you and his or her immediate environment, you may need to pay kin attention to him or her so as to know if he or she is not mentally challenged.
