Yesterday, it was said of Bathsheba that she was relevant in her child’s life (King Solomon), even in her old age and when her son was in splendor, unlike many parents who their children will not like to entertain or listen to when they have arrived a position of influence and affluence.
Many parents who live in charity homes, or homes for the aged have successful and wealthy children. So money is not the problem and from experience, the parents who are sometimes sent to homes have their own buildings and have some good amount of money in their savings. They also earn good proceedings from their investment. But somehow, they are intolerable and irrelevant to their children and they do not have a strong relationship that is good enough to keep them together at such a time like the old age. But the case was different for Bathsheba, in her old age as she was still fruitful in her relationship with her child, King Solomon.
