Nothing is positive until one is thinking positively; for this reason, the scripture says that as a man thinks, so he is. In our text today, the prodigal son was confined to a life of penury until he came to himself through the process of thinking. Thinking makes a man come to himself and step out to take the necessary or required actions that will birth the changes that he desires.
Oftentimes, children and teenagers are confused about certain realities about their life and if the right information is not provided, this can lead them to social vices or mental health challenges.
There are indicators that reveal how well a person’s self-esteem or self-perception is; when one or two of these indicators or characteristics pop up in our daily dealings with people, they can easily tell where to place our esteem, which further affects how well we relate to our marital challenges.
Self-esteem is basically not about what people say or think about you, rather, it is the opinion that you personally have about yourself. It is what you emit to the world around you about yourself, time in and time out, consciously or unconscious.
It is important that the delegates are trained, trusted, and followed-up on for effective delivery; this way, both husband and wife can have the maximum amount of time and energy required to foster consistent support for one another and bond sexually.
If you cannot pay the required price to know yourself; you cannot be patient to know your spouse.
The dividends of positive self-perception cannot be overemphasized as it is highly required to birth courage that will be needed to take the right steps in the right directions.
