Yesterday, it was said that being realistic explains the scripture “faith without work is dead.” For your faith to reproduce after God’s thoughts, desires, and purpose for your children, there is a level of work (which being realistic is part of) that must be put in place.

Likewise, having the word of prophecies over the destiny of each of your children might not be enough to bring them to sit on their destined throne; just as Bathsheba, you must be able to count your costs and take realistic steps to secure the fulfillment of good prophecies over your children. Bathsheba didn’t just say to herself, The King has promised my son the throne and sat back in comfort, but rather she took realistic steps backed up with faith to secure the throne for her son.
