In our society today, social vices have become a norm that the government and other stakeholders are trying to curb.
Social vices are bad behaviors that are not approved legally in a community. It is frequently caused by peer pressure or societal pressure—the situation in which an individual desires to be recognized or accepted by his or her peers or community at any cost.
Some of these social vices may include, but are not limited to, alcoholism, drug abuse, smoking, rape and sexual assaults, pre-marital sex, indecent dressing, prostitution, cultism, examination malpractice, hooliganism, thuggery, gambling, abortion, and many others.
