Technology is any means by which a task can be done with minimum human effort or energy requirement, so as to reduce stress and get more done. Hence, it should not be gender-restricted or biased but an opportunity made available for all. In as much as stress is not gender-biased, mothers should have the same access to driving the family cars as fathers do, and a girl-child should use tractors to farm as well as a boy-child.
