The theme of the quarter focuses on LIFE SKILLS THAT ENHANCES POSITIVE SELF-PERCEPTION as the year is centered on becoming an irresistible partner. It was stated that the journey to achieving the focus of the year begins with us and not with our partners, for our partners cannot esteem us better than we esteem ourselves in many cases.

You and your partners are co-heirs with Christ and are therefore expected to be submitted to one another.

Self-denial is a potent force that is capable of keeping its victims bound perpetually to consistent negativity, while self-awareness positions one to receive prompt and adequate help.

The pupils were properly enlightened on the correct names of the parts of their body, what rape and sexual assault means, who can be raped, who can be a rapist, tactics of rapists, how to avoid being a victim and how to get help if they are victims already.

Jesus, during his earthly ministry, ministered on the sea most of the time as a means of technology employed to amplify his voice in order to reduce stress as he ministered to the multitudes.

In other to manage stress effectively, husband and wife have to train their children to take up responsibilities and employ the service of domestic staff where necessary, so as not to loose their place in each other’s lives.

Stress might be positively maximized by meeting a deadline or achieving a dear goal, yet when it is not well managed, it can impair our marital relationship, lead to low productivity, and predispose us to negativity.

Any attempt or therapy put in place to solve a problem with the client ( the problem owner) come to the awareness of such his/her problem is an effort that will end in futility.

It was established from our teaching yesterday that life skills are a set of information that is made available by a trained personnel to help people overcome life challenges and empower them to make an informed decisions that will enhance healthy living, promote family health, and boost the overall productivity of the recipients.

It’s another beautiful week, desire to stand up against negative self-perception because negative self-perception is a strong enemy within that is capable of impeding destiny fulfillment and sabotaging marital bliss. Seek help as required.
