The pupils were properly enlightened on the correct names of the parts of their body, what rape and sexual assault means, who can be raped, who can be a rapist, tactics of rapists, how to avoid being a victim and how to get help if they are victims already.
As a community, let’s lend our voices together and say NO TO RAPE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT.
Don’t feel bad when someone says you’re emotional; humans are emotional beings, and emotions inform us and help us take an informed decision. However, they need to be well regulated so that they can be maximized to have positive impacts on our marital relationship.
Jesus, during his earthly ministry, ministered on the sea most of the time as a means of technology employed to amplify his voice in order to reduce stress as he ministered to the multitudes.
It is important that the delegates are trained, trusted, and followed-up on for effective delivery; this way, both husband and wife can have the maximum amount of time and energy required to foster consistent support for one another and bond sexually.
In other to manage stress effectively, husband and wife have to train their children to take up responsibilities and employ the service of domestic staff where necessary, so as not to loose their place in each other’s lives.
Stress might be positively maximized by meeting a deadline or achieving a dear goal, yet when it is not well managed, it can impair our marital relationship, lead to low productivity, and predispose us to negativity.
Any attempt or therapy put in place to solve a problem with the client ( the problem owner) come to the awareness of such his/her problem is an effort that will end in futility.
It was established from our teaching yesterday that life skills are a set of information that is made available by a trained personnel to help people overcome life challenges and empower them to make an informed decisions that will enhance healthy living, promote family health, and boost the overall productivity of the recipients.
The knowledge of certain basic life skills balanced with the word of God can open our eyes to who we truly are and provide us with the necessary skill or information that can enable us to make an informed decision, be strong spirit, souls, body and do exploit; martially and be more productive in every other aspects of life.
