The Hope For Generations Ministry

The Hope for Generations Ministry is a non-denominational organization, registered with Corporate Affairs Commission  (C.A.C) of Nigeria, it is an organization affiliated to Counseling Association of Nigeria (CASSON) Oyo state chapter and community chest council Oyo State. The Ministry was first initiated at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Ogbomosho, Oyo State, where the Set Leader Mrs. Elizabeth Oluwatosin Togun Nee Sangodeyi was in 200 Level as an undergraduate student of the institution, before the organization became officially registered with C.A.C in October 2010. The Organization now has its operating office at No. 99, Idi- ito bus stop, adjacent Oluyole Cheshire Home, Poly Eleyele Road, Ibadan.

Our Vision

The vision of the Ministry/organization is to give Hope (Jesus Christ) to the hopeless and help (provide basic needs such as food, clothes, shelter) and social needs (such as remedial / rehabilitation service and justice) to the helpless. The hopeless that we are reaching out to are in the following categories

  • People who are yet to accept our Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior
  • People who have accepted The Lord Jesus but are yet to discover their purpose and the essence of their salvation
  • People who have achieved number 1 and 2 above but do not know how to go about purpose fulfillment
  • Those who are discouraged in their pursuit to fulfill purpose
  • The backsliders.

Our Mission

  • We reach the hopeless by organizing mission outreaches on campuses, churches and villages.
  • We reach the helpless through the social and the counseling arm of the ministry/organization known as the Hope for Preteens, Teens, Youths and the Vulnerable ones Initiative.
  • Distribution of free instructional materials such as “say no to rape” calendar, puberty and sexuality management  in boys, puberty and sexuality management in girls, jilt; it impact and prevention; all authored by the set leader; Mrs. Elizabeth Oluwatosin Togun to enhance the ministry teachings.

Sure Hope Counseling Clinic

Sure Hope Counseling Clinic is a registered counseling firm with Cooperate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (C.A.C) and a recognized member of the Counseling Association of Nigeria (CASSON) Oyo State.

  • Pre-marital counseling

  • Parenting
  • Rehabilitation and remedial counseling
  • Corporate counseling

Hope For Pre-teens, Teens, Youths and Vulnerable Once Initiative

We reach these categories of people through the social and the counseling arm of the ministry/organization. We also reach out to the children from dysfunctional family system (children from divorced couples, single parents and polygamous homes), victims of social vices and risky behavior (rape, cultism, drug abuse or substance abuse, pre-marital sex, abortion, incest, pornography, masturbation, homosexual etc (incorporated) and the Sure Hope Counseling Clinic (incorporated) by providing sensitization programs in Secondary schools on social vice which impact on parents, teachers and students in basic and secondary schools, likewise we provide rehabilitation/remedial services to the victim of social vices as the case may require.
