It was said in yesterday’s teaching that children are role players who pay detailed attention to what their parents do and have the undiluted pleasure of repeating the same for as many times as they can, thereby retaining knowledge as they form habits out of it; hence, parents have to be intentional around their wards.
Teachers are intentional people; they structure out the exact knowledge they want to pass across, systematically pass the same, and patiently repeat the process when need be until a lesson is learned. Jochebed must have been intentional for Moses to learn about his identity within the short period he has to be held in her hands. In the same vein, you have to know that you are a teacher as a father or mother and be intentional about what you want your children to learn at a given time.
